The e-QSS module order management/ticket system can be used to complement the e-QSS WebPortal. With this module purchasers and service providers can optimize their communication of single- and special-orders as well as deal with complaints. All operations can be made adaptable to your company´s needs.


With the web-based order management you bring transparency in your workflow. It saves and collects all incidents, reports, orders and complaints, including those using photo function and GPS. Due to the stored rights, every single step is catalogued in the history of the e-QSS WebPortal. Individual operations, escalations and evaluations are recorded and an overview sent to a central point. You can react immediately by a violation of the defined time limit. Reports about success can be directly returned to the purchaser.


This total workflow with order permit, extension etc. is administrated by e-QSS. It is always available for the control by the responsible persons in charge–anywhere – anytime – completely mobile.
